Returns

At digi-Quick we only ever want happy customers and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases.  However, if you are not happy with your product, you may need to return the item to us.  Not a problem, we offer a no quibble return policy at digi-Quick and will deal with your return as a matter of priority.  We genuinely want you to be happy with you order.

Your right to cancel

One of the most important implications of the distance selling regulations is a cooling off period of 7 working days during which you have the right to cancel and get a full refund. Please provide notice of cancellation in writing, which this must be posted, left at, faxed or emailed to Back of Beyond, PO Box 87, Bodmin PL30 5ZJ or email hello@digi-Quick.co.uk no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods.  We will then provide you with a freepost address to return the item.

Incorrect Item Received  

If you think you’ve received the wrong item, then please contact our Customer Service Team on 0845 272 5975 or email returns@digi-quick.co.uk and they will resolve this situation for you immediately.  This doesn’t happen very often but we all make mistakes and digi-Quick are honest enough to regretfully admit that very, very occasionally we will send out the incorrect item.  We are really sorry for this and work hard to keep our mistakes to a minimum.

*Important – Please Read before contacting us*

If you have ordered a battery or a charger and the one that you have received has a different code on the box to the one that you ordered, please try the product before contacting us.  Manufacturers produce batteries and chargers that are exactly the same but have different coding.  We may have sent you the correct product with a different code – please check.  Sorry for any confusion.

 

 

Faulty Item Received

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault.  Either call a member of our customer service team during office hours on 0845 272 5975 or send an email to returns@digi-quick.co.uk explaining you have been sent a faulty good, along with you full name and order number and we will quickly resolve the issue.  Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your return carriage costs (this does not include special delivery). We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians, we will return the item to you and in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty Within Warranty Period

 

If any of your purchases develop a fault and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.  Please see our 2 Year Warranty Page [insert hyperlink to our 2 yr warranty page].

If you change your mind

 

If you have simply changed your mind about any item that you have ordered from us or found your original battery or charger since placing an order, fear not.  To cancel, you must give us notice within 7 working days starting with the day after the day you received the goods from us.

We will then ask you to return the item to us, within 7 days, unused, with its original packaging.  Simply pop it back into the post to us at the address below along with a note of your order number and  that you would like a refund.  Please ensure that you include your full name and order number if possible as it will speed up the refund process:

Q. My new battery does not seem to be taking charge, what should I do?

A. Q. The battery that you have sent me is not the one I ordered, what should I do?

A. Please test the battery first as the battery maybe referred to by a different code but is actually the correct battery for your camera.

Failing that, please get in touch with us at returns@digi-quick.co.uk, confirming your order number at the code of the battery you have received and we will firstly apologise and then provide return instructions and ensure the correct item is sent out immediately.



Q. I have ordered the incorrect item, what should I do?

Q. My new charger does not seem to power my battery, what should I do?

A. We would firstly ask that you try changing the battery via the car adaptor, as the mains plug may be faulty.  If this is the case, please email returns@digi-quick.co.uk and we will send you a replacement mains plug.  If however, the charger still does not work, please email returns@digi-quick.co.uk explaining the problem and we will get back to you regarding a replacement.
