The Basics

If you place your order before 4pm on any working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) we promise to despatch your order that same day.   Any orders received after 4pm, with be despatched the next working day. Postage Price

First Class Delivery (1-2 Working Days) = £0.99 *

Tracked Next Working Day Delivery = £5.99

Air Mail = £6.99

International Signed For = £12.99

The Details

At digi-Quick we are just that; quick.  Therefore we promise that if you place your order before 4pm on any working day we will despatch your parcel that same day and unless you choose otherwise – for free! As we are not hidden away in the Channel Islands and based here on the mainland of England, it allows our delivery times to be so much quicker.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Approximate times taken from the Royal Mail.  However, due to the Covid-19 situation, please allow the Royal Mail slight delays with delivery.  If your order is urgent, we receommend selecting a next working day delivery at checkout for UK customers.  International deliveries are experincing more severe delivery delays and we are unable to offer an express service at this time.

  • Standard Delivery = 2-5 working days

  • Tracked Next Workding Day Delivery = Next working day delivery
  • Air Mail = Up to 3 working days for Western Europe
  • International Signed For = 7 - 10 working days


Standard 2nd Class Delivery - FREE

Our standard service is free and is sent via the Royal Mail second class service.  Please allow up to 2-5 working days for delivery.

First Class Royal Mail - £0.99

The Royal Mail’s First Class service results in over 90% of our customers receiving their goods the very next day.  Although we would suggest you allow up to 2 working days for the goods to arrive.

What the Royal Mail state about this service:

‘We aim to deliver most First Class mail by the next working day, including Saturdays. Although we aim to deliver mail the next working day, we cannot guarantee delivery times.’

Tracked Next Day Delivery - £5.99

If you need your items the next day, simply select ‘Tracked Next Working Day Delivery’ and it will be with you the next working day. 


Air Mail - £5.99

International Signed For - £12.99

If you wish to keep track of your parcel as it travels around the world, we offer the Royal Mail ‘International Singed For’ service.

Adverse Weather

We all know that very, very occasionally the weather goes against us all.  If there is a situation in which deliveries are difficult or likely to be delayed, we will keep you informed with regular updates as best we can.  We keep in close communication with The Royal Mail and will help answer your queries where possible.  We hope you appreciate that sometimes there is just very little we can do but we promise to never hide behind the weather and will always be 100% honest.  We ask for your patience during these difficult periods.  Thank you.

Q. Which countries do you post to?

A. We send our parcels worldwide.  Wherever you are in the world, we can post to you.


Q. Can I collect my item in person?

A. I am afraid that due to insurance laws you cannot come and collect your item from our premises.  We are 100% online, postal order only.


Q. Do you have a shop or store that I can purchase from?

A. No. We are 100% online, postal order only.


Q. Do you offer ‘same day courier’ service?

A. We are currently unable to offer any ‘same day courier’ services for any of our goods.


Q. Do you post items on a Saturday?

A. Unfortunately we currently only dispatch on working days (Mon-Fri) and not on weekends or bank holiday Mondays.


Q. I think my parcel has been lost in the post, what should I do?

A. Firstly, please ensure that you have given 3 working days for first class delivery and 7 days for standard free delivery and if you still haven’t received your order, please get in touch with us at and we will look into it immediately


Q. Will I have to be in to sign for my delivery?

A. Only if you have chosen the ‘International Signed For’ service.  Standard first class orders do not require a signature, nor does Next Day Delivery


Q. If I order today, when will you send my items?

A. If you order before 4pm on any working day, we will send that very same day, guaranteed.


Q. Do you send directly from England?

A. Yes, at we never ‘drop-ship’.  We only ever send products from our warehouse here in Cornwall.


Q. Can I send an item to a different address than my billing address?

A. Yes, no problem at all.  At checkout you will be asked if you would like to use a different delivery address to your billing address.


Q. Can I send an item to a different name to the payee?

A. Yes, no problem at all.  At checkout you will be asked if you would like to use a different delivery details, including name to that of your billing name and address.

If we receive cleared payment before 4.00pm on a week day, we will guarantee to despatch the same day and you can select either a free 2nd class delivery (2-3 working days) a 1st class delivery (1-2 working days) or a next day delivery at checkout. Read more »
