Our Responsibilities

At digi-Quick we care about our community and our corporate social responsibilities.  Whist we are a profit making organisation, we take our responsibilities very seriously regarding charity work, the environment and our local community in and around Cornwall.

Battery Waste

Being based on beautiful Moorland of Cornwall we take environmental issues and our environmental responsibilities very seriously. We do everything we can to minimise any kind of environmental damage be it on our doorstep or globally. Under the Waste Battery Regulations, digi-Quick.co.uk offer a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. For full information on how to return your unwanted battery to us, please email us at hello@digi-quick.co.uk. You may find stores in your local area more accessible. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.co.uk

Schools

Members of our team regularly visit local primary and secondary schools; working with children on different projects, offering advice where applicable and often sponsoring school events and donating prizes for various school fund raising events.

Local photographers

Each month we show case a local photographer, promoting either their individual blog or service.  We display some of their top images and try and help raise awareness.  Cornwall is full of so many talented photographers and if we can in any way promote their work on a national and international scales then we believe that can only be a good thing.

Local Sports Club

This season, we have sponsored the local ladies hockey team and Bodmin Ladies will be proudly displaying our logo on their shirts.  Good luck for this season girls!
