At digi-Quick.co.uk, we appreciate that buying over the internet can be a lottery when it comes to service.   We know that you are not just buying a battery or charger; you are buying a piece of kit which allows you to take photos; to capture your special moments.  That is why we take every order seriously and we carry all of our dealings honestly and with integrity.

With this in mind, we would like to give you our Promise on the quality of service you can expect from digi-Quick.co.uk.

• We promise that if we receive cleared payment before 12pm, we will dispatch your order the same day via Royal Mail first class delivery (unless otherwise stated).
• We promise to respond individually to your email, to ensure that you receive a response that actually relates to your question, not a frustrating, automated, impersonal email (don't you hate that?!)
• We promise to honour all warranties, in line with our terms and conditions.
• We promise to be honest in our dealings. Should we make any mistake
  for any reason, we will own up and apologise. 
• We promise to make sure that all products listed on the site are in the UK and in stock.
