I have a question/problem, how quickly will you respond to my email?

We call ourselves digi-Quick as we strive to despatch orders fast and reply quickly to email enquiries. We aim to have somebody available to answer emails day and evening, 7 days a week. We guarantee to respond to your email within 24 hours but it is more likely to be much, much faster than that.  For an immediate response to your question, you can speak online to us via the online chat facility.

Can I phone you?

By keeping our customer service email only, we can keep our costs down, thus allowing us to keep our prices the lowest around.  So, I am afraid that we do not currently offer a telephone support line.  However, we do aim to turn around email questions, within the hour, if not sooner.  Or you can contact us via the online chat facility.  This includes weekends and evenings.

Our products

How do I know if the battery is compatible with my camera?

The easiest way to check is to enter your search criteria in the box provided at the top of the screen. For instance, if you have a Canon Digital IXUS 300, you can type Ixus 300 into the search box and the relevant battery for that camera will be displayed.

If the search does not retrieve the information that you are looking for, please email battery@digi-Quick.co.uk with your model details and we will get back to you with the compatible battery.

Are your batteries branded and are they good quality?

We only stock high quality unbranded batteries, as we believe they represent fantastic value for money. They are designed to replicate the original manufacturers' version and in many cases will hold more ‘juice'.

We sold over 30,000 batteries last year and our return rate was incredibly low. Why? - Because we have worked hard to constantly source better quality products. No product is let loose on our website before it is fully tested for consistency of quality. Our unbranded batteries have never damaged a camera or camcorder.

Why do you sell you products at such a low price?

We buy in bulk from manufacturers all around the world and we negotiate good prices. We then pass these savings on to our customers. We hope this keeps our customers coming back to us.

How long will the battery keeps it charge?

That is difficult to answer as people use their cameras differently.  Best thing to do is to compare power ratings with your current battery and this battery and you will then be able to gauge roughly the time.

Delivery

How do I know you have sent my order?

As soon as we despatch your order, we will send you a notification email.  You can also log-in to your account and view the order status.

I live nearby, can I come and collect?

Sorry we don't have customer-facing premises so don't currently offer this service. However, all our orders are sent out as soon as we receive payment and customers usually receive goods the next day.

I really need this urgently; can it be delivered the next day?

Yes. We can organise a special delivery for UK items. This guarantees a next working day delivery before 1pm. The cost of this service is £5.99. We will need payment by noon for us to despatch the same day.

Why do you not enclose any paperwork with my order?

 Every year we save nearly 10 trees by not printing out accompanying paperwork.  We surveyed our customers and asked whether they minded and over 92% of people asked said that they preferred the paper saving.

 We do email a standard receipt after your order is received and you may choose to print this out, for your own records.

What if I haven't received my order after a few days?

The majority of our orders (95%) are received within two days of dispatch. If you still haven't received your order after 5 days, please send us an email and we will double check that we have your correct address. You may also want to consider speaking to your local Royal Mail sorting office, as a number of delayed items are actually in the sorting office, ready for collection.

Payment

How can I pay you?

We accept most major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.  We also accept Paypal and Google checkout payments.

What is google checkout?

Google Checkout is an online payment processing service provided by Google aimed at simplifying the process of paying for online purchases. Users store their credit or debit card and shipping information in their Google Account, so that they can purchase at participating stores at the click of a button. Google Checkout also offers fraud protection, as well a unified page for tracking purchases and their status.  Visit https://checkout.google.com for more information.

Is my payment secure?

Please don't worry about sending your credit or debit card details via our website. All transactions are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. There will be a security icon in the bottom right hand corner of your browser to signify you are in secure mode - this is usually depicted as either a padlock or key symbol. Another check is that during payment, the address at the top of the browser will begin https:// rather than http://.

We are accredited retailers of the Internet Delivery is Safe and Internet Shopping is Safe schemes and we are monitored daily by Checkrate to ensure we remain highly credit worthy as a business.

My Paypal payment shows that it is "pending" - what does that mean?

A "pending" payment means it will take a few days for Paypal to clear the funds.  As soon as they do, they will send us both an email and we will send out your order.

International Delivery

Please note that as we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices in sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT. Registered website customers from countries outside of the EU will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address.

I am an international buyer, how can I pay you?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal payments.

If I am an international buyer, will I have to pay customs duty on my order?

If you live within the EU, you will not be charged any duty. If you live outside of the EU, you will be liable to pay duty, which will reflect the value of the order.

Returning Stuff

My goods are faulty - how can do I return an item?

Whoops, I ordered the wrong item, what do I do know?

No problem - mistakes happen.  Please email returns@digi-Quick.co.uk, with your order number and we will (depending on stock) be able to exchange it for the correct item.

I've had a change of heart and no longer want it, what do I do?

We understand that there are times when you receive items and decide that you no longer want them. In this instance, UNWANTED GOODS have to be returned within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging.
