Returns Policy

We offer a NO QUIBBLE refund policy on all of our products. If you have a change of heart or even if you get trigger happy on the order button after a glass of wine in the evening and wish to cancel your order, please email returns@digi-quick.co.uk

with your order number, your name and address, the order date and the reason why you want to return your order.

To cancel you must give us notice within 7 working days starting with the day after the day you receive the goods from us.

We will then ask you to return the item to us, within 7 days, unused, with its original packaging and a copy of our email to:

Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage certificate if you are sending goods via Royal Mail. This can be obtained, free of charge, from the post office and will insure your item up to £30.00, in the unlikely event of the returned item getting lost in the post. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
