Delivery Method

All UK deliveries (unless otherwise stated) are sent via standard 1st class Royal Mail. The Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items the next morning (including Saturday). We did our own survey and found that 94% of orders arrived the next day.

If you require a guaranteed next day delivery, you can opt for the special delivery service at checkout and this will guarantee that you receive your order the next morning after you have received your despatch notification. The cost for this service is £5.00.

European Delivery

All European orders under the value of £30.00 (unless otherwise stated) are sent via standard Royal Mail Airmail at an additional cost of £2.50.The Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail items within three working days – however, this is not guaranteed.

For European orders over the value of £30.00, we will despatch your order via a Royal Mail International signed for Delivery at an additional cost of £5.50. The Royal Mail aim to deliver International signed for Delivery items within five working days – however, this is not guaranteed. A signature is required on receipt of your order.

Worldwide Delivery

All Worldwide orders under the value of £30.00 (unless otherwise stated) are sent via standard Royal Mail Airmail at an additional cost of £2.50.The Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail items within three working days – however, this is not guaranteed.

For Worldwide orders over the value of £30.00, we will despatch your order via a Royal Mail International signed for Delivery at an additional cost of £5.50. If we receive cleared payment before noon, we will guarantee to despatch the same day.

We retain a proof of postage for all items sent and you will receive a delivery notification, once your item has been despatched.
