The iPod Dock Connector to FireWire and USB 2.0 Cable offers up to 480Mbps data transfer for the quick transfer of your entire music library to your iPod. It features the iPod dock connector at one end and splits into two cables: firstly a USB 2 for connection to a spare USB port on your PC/Mac and the second a firewire connection for a PC/Mac equiped with a firewire port. This allows you to charge your iPod's battery and at the same time transfer your music! This cable has a limitation for iPod Nano's and 5th generation iPods as these do not support firewire for file transfer (although it will charge using firewire).
