512MB SONY Memory Stick Micro M2

The new Memory Stick Micro 512MB is an ultra small memory card designed to meet the needs of highly compact: multifunctional mobile phones.

Exchange data with standard-size Memory Stick PRO™-compatible products by inserting the M2™ into the supplied adaptor. M2™ is approximately one-quarter the size of Memory Stick PRO Duo™ media: and only about 1.2 mm thick. Because it's dual-voltage it can be used with both mobile phones (1.8 volts) and Memory Stick PRO™-compatible products operating at 3.3 volts.
